DIMTS came into being in April 2006. In July 2007 it became an equal equity joint venture company between the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) and the IDFC Foundation (a non-for-profit organization). Over the years, DIMTS has evolved and is now equipped to provide concept to commissioning as well as operations, management and maintenance services in the transportation sector, given the knowledge and skills we have in various areas.
